Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your rom&nd products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, items that have been opened or swatched cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and boxes are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
