What are your shipping times within the US?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
How can I check the expiration date of my products?
The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the product or the side of the packaging in the format YYYYMMDD. Most of our lip products have a shelf life of 36 months unopened and 12 months after opening.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene safety, we only accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately.
Does rom&nd test on animals?
rom&nd is a cruelty-free brand. We do not conduct animal testing on any of our products, nor do we ask others to test on our behalf.
